What Is a Typical Day Look Like?
I have blocked out times and majorities, which are non-negotials every week that I either have for my team or for me to do something. There is an individual time for every single person on the team. You're putting 30-minute sessions, probably 6 to 8 at all per week,. Maybe even a little bit more. And mixed, mixed. One day Tuesday, Tuesday, Thursday. Trying to mix it up, so I still have good availability and core hours for myself. So not all about it.
