The Elementary Level of Reading

Adler says people breeze over this. If something is particularly complex, you'll miss the elementary level. He also says if something's in a foreign language that you're not comfortable with, that would also mean you have not achieved the elementary levelif you don't know what the words are saying. The second level is the one that is rarer. It's called in-spectional reading. So I will read the overview of it and then I'll go into some of the rules of what it is.
