The Importance of Taking Ownership of the Business
A rift in the relationship with that person is probably a bad first sign. I would say leadership that is constantly making excuses on, based on the external environment is also a problem. That could be a reflection on us actually that we haven't imparted to them that they have full ownership of the business that we're asking them to run. And it's not subversive. But just saying like shifting, shifting the goal posts is, is definitely an issue.
