The SEC's Bill on Securities and Commodities
This is the bill that we've all been waiting for. I was shocked at how detailed it was. Overall, I saw a very favorable reaction to the bill from the industry. It's in the hands of the Senate and the political deal making process,. TBD on whether any crypto legislation will be passed for the remainder of this Congress but either way, an impressive piece of work.
