The Importance of Rationality in Life
In 1798, Thomas Malthus claimed that we were all going to die. He saw at the time 95% of the world was living in abject poverty. Most young people are very prone to accepting this line of reason. So they inadvertently stumble into a Malthusian argument which once unpacked has never been anywhere near right.
