A Brief History of Lawrence Biddaker

Lawrence Biddaker was born in 1948 to a poor father and drug-addicted mother. He spent most of his early life in foster care before being adopted by an abusive couple who moved out of state when he was 12 years old. Upon release from prison, Lawrence dove head first into a life of increasingly serious crimes. Roy Lewis Norris would go on to terrorize the young women of Southern California for more than two decades.
