Jason Gallegan is the co-founder and CEO of a startup that lets millennials trade stocks for free. The company was founded by Teal Fellows who moved to Silicon Valley five years ago but are now based in Miami. Gallegan says he's looking at finding new investments way outside the Bay Area, like Paris or Berlin.
