How to Value a Company Quickly and Easily
Growth quality investor would look for a company with return on equity above 15%. EBIT margin that's growing say at least 10% per annum and these are all not black and white they're not going to produce results that you can just invest in straight away. Don't put in your assumptions for for the earnings growth because that's guessing, unless you have some real real knowledgeyour own information edge but if you can plug in numbers that equate to the current share price then you can decide if you think those numbers are too ambitious or not.
