The Importance of Confidence in Surveys

The second edition of Just Enough Research has just come out. And the new chapter is all about surveys, but I haven't read it yet. It's more work to do a survey well, but the tools make it seem so easy. So in that sense, it's very easy and cheap to get a whole load of lies or things that are biased to fit in with your preconceptions.
