The rapper was inspired by the stories he heard from kids in Atlanta's Watts neighborhood. He wrote a song where he sampled Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney called The Girl Is Mine. "I'm starting to make these songs and then I realized that they weren't Paul McCartney and Michael Jackson," R&B singer says.
