Social Media for Faculty Development

I love people's stories. And I think it is so important to share our stories because as you mentioned, we follow this social comparison crap where we think, oh, they're doing it better, faster, smarter than me. What am I doing? Why am I meandering about? And how come I don't, I'm not more certain of what I want to do? So that's kind of how I got into this space. As I tell people, it really like every day feels just like fun. Like it's not even like, this is a job that I get to do this. Like, it's just really fun.
