When i started in two thousand ten, we had about six thousand acres and 30 million dollars worth of value in the portfolio. To day, we have about a hundred and seven thousand acres, which is over 300 properties, and just over 700 million and net aset value on the fund. We're not looking to direct operate the properties. We work with over 50 a very sophisticated, fantastic farm partners that own a lot of land themselves. And then they also rent on multa year leases all of our farmland. So from our perspective, by owning the land and being a very active manager in making these value ad improvements, you don't need to take the crop risk to earn a sufficient return
