Being kind really gives you more energy like you've written a whole book about return on investment of kindness. Kindness works on a business level. Organizations that create what I call a KVP, a kindness value proposition, have incredibly lower turnover,. are incredibly more profitable, and are every single time more highly thought of by their customers. They have higher ratings.
