There were some communication mistakes early and when we characterized the threat, but then we fell right back on the political divisions. And i think we're paying a big price for that. A pandemic requires action before you have expediential growth to really be effective. So a politician's got to expend resources, make potentially unpopular decisions before it's evident to all the population that we have a big fret. That is not how you get elected.
