"I can just feel it's the awareness. It's what you and I talked about when you came over," she says. "The minute you have awareness, it doesn't mean that all of a sudden you're going to become a guru and start banging drums and waving safe sticks." 'If your breath is still firing on all cylinders in your job throughout your day, if you've got emotional stresses going on, for a period of time, as well as I do, people are going to start eventually feeling the strain of that,' Jaco adds.
