The Decline of the Stock Market
Moody's CMBS data based on commercial mortgage loans that have been securitized. delinquency rate up meaningfully in the month, but it's still incredibly low. Even apartments got hit; office and retail to some degree were hardest hit. Once inflation's at three or clearly going to cross a line into the twos, my sense is that the Fed will relax considerably.
