There are different modes of attention when we dealing with information and they are all distinct. Everybody should have a minimum of 90 minutes carved out once a week, he says. The sixth one in some ways the most important is regenerating because our attention does get depleted. It's not something which it doesn't regenerate - but you can do that by watching nature or looking at leaves blowing in a tree.
