Can We Do This Safely in Dogs With Hemangio Sarcoma of the Pleen?
There's very little data in dogs on rapamicon at all. And just like in people, there's almost none on rapoican as a mono therapy and healthy animals. So we were pretty confident that if we took their dosing strategy, that were unlikely to see any significant side effects over a ten week period. The goal of that ten week study though, was to confirm that we could do this, that we could get people to participate. They would actually give their dog the medical ation, and that we didn't see anysignificant side effects.
