The History of Popper

The only day that Popper came in was Tuesday. He always brought sandwiches and ate them in his office. And then in the afternoon, about two o'clock, the famous Popper seminar began. The speaker would speak for five to 10 minutes and then Popper would interrupt with an objection. I think he very much saw himself as defending his views and wanting to attack anything that ran contrary to them. That was very much his approach to philosophy.
