The walk is a piece of metal pressed into a concave disk that i bought for 30 dollars at the chinatown restaurant supply store. I want to bring everything mam does not sonan node frier. The apartment i signed a lease for didn't have a gas stove, so the walk didn't make the cut. There's thing symbolic about leaving behind the walk, leaving behind something that's a staple of all chinese kitchens. Seshon house might not be able to replace a chinatown, but it could ease my inevitable homesickness.
