Is Putin a Communist?

I have no idea what Putin thinks, I read his speeches. He is somebody who believes in the great Soviet mythology. The CIA has uses a lot of psychoanalysts in the trade,. And they use them to write stuff for the, take the intercepts and look at them. So I don't know if we have a good fix on Putin. It's pretty much acknowledged that he was overheard by an Undersecretary of State talking about annexing Ukraine.
