How to Be an Effective Mentor During Your PhD
Communication is, I think, really important and understanding what the other person is actually trying to say. It's interesting to note that it only came in in 16.1%, I guess. And of course, it is important that your supervisor has the knowledge, but it's not going to be the most important in terms of your life quality during your PhD. accessibility and availability to their students and colleagues are also very important.
