It's almost like, it's almost like this is like negative one or something,. You know, it has to come before it because sometimes we're justToo distressed to useOur emotionregulation playbook that we’ve developed. But I will say though, just to give mindfulness, to give us all a little bit of credit for sometimes being a little more mindful than I think we realize.
