The Murder of Arushi

Arushi's body was autopsied and there were no signs of a sexual assault. She had been struck in the head with some sort of weapon that left a U or V-shaped scar. A reward of 20,000 rupees was offered for information that led to Hemraj's capture. In Hindu tradition, it is generally believed that a loved one must be cremated within 24 hours of their death.
