In terms of defy itself, the biggest challenge for regulators is just going to be fraud. The only group that's going to hhave a lot of problems are the fractionalization people like fractoaliz in nfts. So i think they'll deal with securitization first and fraud first, and then after that, they'll see what they find and go from there.
