In 60, the summer of 1960, there was an African leader who came to our house in Iana sport. Tom Aboya had been part of the Mao Mao in Kenya in the 50s. And Boya at that time looked around and said, we don't have anybody who can govern this country. He sent letters to 200 American colleges asking them each to give a scholarship to one Kenyan student. In 64 after my uncle died and my uncle John Kennedy fell in love with him, Boya gave him $200,000. Nixon found out that Jack had given him boy the money and he then publicly branded it as "the Kennedy air left"
