How to Use Location Triggers to Improve Your Mental Health

We have to assign our activities at home just like you would physical items. When we don't know where the home of our activity is that can make us feel disjointed and cluttered as well so what I do is I use location triggers so that it can help me do a behavior. One of my most productive areas is when I take somebody to like art lessons or doing their type 1-0 lessons  I stay in the car and I work in my car It's a very quiet zone, one of my areas where I can crank out some uninterrupted work there's nobody else there.
