CHAPTER

Music Is an Analogy to the Structure of the Universe

Music is an analogy for then ers, which i think is one of your real contributions to thinking about the universe. You know, at first i thought it was just an exercise, a a fascination of mine. And naturally, for systems as rich and as complicated as music is, or innor simple or ful, you're going to find these connections. One place where i found these connections have to do withi vibration and energy and and harmony and rhythm and improvisation. The idea is, to what extent ar physicists in the act of creation?
