I love the idea of comfort languages and I also just want to emphasize. It's really important to understand your own comfort languages so that you can communicate them to the people you care about. If you understand, oh, I really like problem solving, then you can tell people that or,Oh, I don't like when people are too optimistic when I'm trying to feel better and I'm set. So that could be another comfort language. Giving space is a nicer way of saying leave me alone. Yes. That could be the the null love language if you don't have the five. But no, I think that's a good point. Some people they need time to process their emotions
