We were actually planning the trip when kim jong-il died. We just decided to like kind of uh you know go ahead with it anyways and um yeah i mean it is definitely up there as one of our most memorable trips. It was part of a larger trip that we did but still probably the most impactful and adventurous. I would recommend going if anything become more accommodating and easy tourist experience since we went, he says.
