A lot of people think they can train super intensely in the gym for one day and like that's needed. If you go to the gym four times and go moderately, that's better than one time where you're just going intensely and then you injure yourself. The main thing that I use at this point would be just my pull up bar. And I found one at target that looks pretty much like yours but it wasn't out when you got yours.
