The Role of Boards in the Elimination of Cultural Bias

The YWAM organization requires a board of directors that is made up of nine people. The idea is to eliminate cultural bias and stuff, which sounds great to an extent. I don't think you can necessarily go to the bible to prove that board of structure structure. But even like, it's at least something, but things we, like I didn't even know by any of this until literally today when I talked to the guy. Yeah.
