June Team: A Celebration of Freedom in the United States
June team is an annual commemoration of the end of slavery in the United States. After the Civil War, it was June 19, 1865, enslaved people in Galveston, Texas, learned of their emancipation. President Biden though signed a law making Juneteenth a federal holiday in 2021. Some of the biggest names in music will perform a global celebration of freedom.
