In the US, for example, when it comes to disability legislation, putting our sort of gold standard law up on a pedestal is not going to help us. We had 70, 80 federal laws dealing with disability in the 30 years after its passage. And that becomes a point where we can sort of start to negotiate compromise down from. That's why even though there is risk to critiquing the NHS, to critiqued the ADA, there's actually so much value in there.
