The Comedy and Queerness

In this chapter, the speakers discuss their experiences as comedians who are also queer. They explore the balance of creating material that is relatable to both queer and non-queer audiences, and express their self-consciousness about being labeled as just a lesbian comedian. They also reflect on the challenges of adopting new language to talk about their experiences and their growth as comedians.
