How to Evaluate a Burr Property With a Low Return on Equity

Josh: I'm doing my first burr and it's actually working out pretty good. My question is, with interest rates where they are, is it ever the right choice to burr or flip? He says if you're looking at return on equity, he should sell instead of flipping. Josh: You get all of your money out, but there is still value left in the deal. This isn't stopping you from buying more real estate.
