I think everybody should have an inversion table, even if you don't lift heavy weight because you sit all day long. I get on it twice a day and hang upside down like you do,. Relax the core, feel the spine stretch out. Ronnie still loves the train, but it's kind of sad. Like, I almost feel like he shouldn't have never went for the first back surgery. He's had like eight now. You know, that's hindsight.
