Building a Unique Culture in Silicon Valley

I spent 80 years in Silicon Valley. I work for four different very early stage startups and one was reasonably successful, one was moderately successful or barely successful and two died. Two core things I inherited from my Silicon Valley experience are obsessive focus on building a unique culture. Second, an obsession about product. Like Silicon Valley companies, you know, don't market their products. So I think there's a lot of acknowledgement also that people see both Mintran,. Cureford, some are different than a standard company you will see in the country.
