The Four Types of PCOS
There are four main types of PCOS based on their clinical history and or laboratory evidence. Phenotype A is known as the complete PCOS patient, which includes hyperandrogenism in irregular periods without an ultrasound. Then there's a category called classic PCOS with polycystic ovarian system morphology. C is ovulatory PCOS and D is non-hyperendrogenic PCOS. These things are not static. They are alive and flexible.
