What does your approach look like when it comes to leading someone that's 20 years younger than you, your age, 20 years older than you? How do you do that? Well, t i obviously, i would imagine you cater to those ages based upon your relationship. But still, what dos it look like to be in authority to that wide of a spectrum? Yes, that's also a good question. I mean, practically speaking, once i transitioned from justb i was respected as the worship pastor here and people treated me really well.
