Do You Have a Problem With Quality Data?
Companies have found the sourcing of quality data is a significant obstacle in creating responsible AI. The key takeaway for us in all of our experience is that ultimately, you know, our customers will pay for high quality, ethically sourced data. We also do point out that we, and most likely them, have policies internally around things like modern slavery. But fundamentally, at the end of it, we've got to make sure that we're paying the people a fair amount for the work that we're doing for them.
