How to Break the Molds of User Research

I would really highly recommend checking out the agile episode, because I think that will also help with understanding how research fits in or where it doesn't. But I really hope that you have somebody that you can talk to within your team or your manager to kind of really brainstorm if this is the right approach for user research as a field. And after a time, people stopped listening to you. That's really demotivating. So fingers crossed,. It just really upsets me when people just think that user research can fit in.
