If you care deeply about public health and you work at ta tobacco company, there's probably going to be too much dissonence. If you're a knowledge worker, it's a seller's market right now. It can be daunting when you look at something like practice of groundnes and you trying to do all right? And it could be like, iti could deftly feel overwhelming to be like, what? I got to implement all these things and then try to be grounded while o trying to achieve peak performance.
