Ultra sound and c t are the best imaging studies. Ultra sound is fine if what you're looking for is he i ther obstruction, then the ultra sound is fine. Rit the c t will tell me a lot of characteristics about a stone that i can't get from an ultra sound. There probably could be vascular calcifications also.
