The Importance of Self Care

In some teachings, we're taught to sacrifice ourselves so that our enemy can be loved. For me, I don't vibe with that at all because I can love my enemies from a distance. So again, you be you over there. I'll be me over here. And then honestly, there is no reason to even have enemies. The word enemy to me, like implies this energy spent on a rivalry. That is going to serve you. But then. And dismantle things that don't really matter.
