The Importance of Understanding Complexity
I think we need to learn how to relate to each other as human being a hundred percent that we're just not taught. I would like to see a complexity culture where everyone is educated into look there are no black and white answers some thingsSome things as a culture be black and white right but very often we have to grapple with the complexity without also falling into some weird mushy gray area. We change when we have to because we're um you know on some level all of us kind of lazy and we don't want to change unless we have to so it's really about making sense in real time.
