A Few Micro Goals That Work

On Friday mornings, or at some point on Friday, I just take 10 minutes or so to spin through my emails and write back to different friends who have reached out that I haven't responded to yet. Another micro goal that's in a great place is my email. And then I kicked up the motivation sort of in a flurry to buy a standing desk with the ultimate goal being that I'm going to buy a walking treadmill to go under it.
