The Lack of Accountability in the 70s and 80s

The lack of accountability is the same as when you were a journalist. The only big difference I could definitely see is at least for a brief period in the 70s, there were hearings and investigations,. But it doesn't feel like we even have that anymore. It just seems to be a continuum of everyone wanting to take responsibility for some of the horrible things that happened.
