Faye Deal felt her call wasn't being taken seriously and was being treated as a joke. So she asked Garcia on the other end of the phone, what if I told you I was walking my dog and the dog found a human bone? What would you do? He said he would investigate. Faye Deal made another call to the Walker County Sheriff's Department. She reported that her dog had been spotted with a human bone.
