How Complex Systems Fail

After reading how complex systems fail, i was writing this book. I emailed richard cook to see if we could include it in the book. And next thing you know, i'm in a master's programme in sweden. Well, that is a great story. Yei have to say that i am, i feel absolutely grateful, cause i saw these connections. A lot of research and a lot of science had had worked out in traditional safety critical domains such as medicine and our generation and transportation. All als, all the, you know, usual suspect domains.
